Every project is unique, but most residential installations are completed within one to three weeks depending on the size and complexity of the project. Typical timelines include: Walkways: 2-3 days. Patios: 5-10 days. Retaining Walls: 3-5 days. Driveways: 1-3 weeks. Heated driveways: 3-5 weeks. Larger, more complex projects, involving multiple trades and/or special order products may take as long as 2-3 months. Weather, permitting, utility locations, and custom design features can affect the schedule. Before construction begins, we'll provide a detailed timeline so you know exactly what to expect.

Our installation process is designed to produce a beautiful, long-lasting surface. The typical process includes: 1. Site measurement and design consultation process. 2. Demolition and removal of existing materials (if necessary). 3. Excavation to the proper depth. 4. Installation and compaction of aggregate base. 5. Precision grading for proper drainage. 6. Bedding layer installation. 7. Paver installation. 8. Edge restraints. 9. Joint sand installation. 10. Final vibration compaction and cleanup. In addition to a beautiful design, every project is built with long-term durability as the priority.

When installed correctly, quality concrete pavers can last 30 years or more with minimal maintenance. Many paver systems last for decades while maintaining their appearance, making them one of the best long-term investments for outdoor living spaces. Maintenance includes adding new sand to certain areas every 3-5 years, minor re-compaction of specific areas that may settle over long periods of time and power washing certain stains or marks that may occur from certain liquids or chemicals spilling on the pavers throughout the years.
