This full property remodel and home extension also involved a complete change of the landscape to create access to what was previously the basement but now the first floor and 4 car garage. Extensive tiered retaining walls on both sides leaving room to create gravel driveways on both sides of the house to access the backyard and side ADU. In the back, the pavers continued with a beautiful Dimensions 12" Aspen wrapped in a contrasting dark hand-tooled Empire Pavers by Belgard. The center piece as shown in the video above has a precast concrete bowl with azure fire glass surrounded by a paver bench with raised backing and enough room for comfortable seating and upholstery.
